About the Project:
Cavalti Home Theatre approached R3 Builders to develop a high-end theatre showroom in a Newport Beach shopping center. The showroom would need to be able to demonstrate the company’s elite audio and video technology, but would also have to be respectful of neighboring stores. We did extensive soundproofing to make sure that the sound would stay within the showroom walls, and then went on to build two actual high-end home theatres inside the space, along with offices and showrooms.
The rooms were beautifully appointed and inviting, and concealed a great deal of complicated wiring, special lighting, and an advanced energy management system. The showroom has since become a draw for audio and video aficionados from all over the Newport Beach area.
