Project Dates: July 15, 2009 - October 1, 2009
Description:
Construction of a new pizza restaurant in an existing grey shell.

About the Project:

R3 Builders was brought in as soon as Patxi’s decided to add a new location in the Marina District of San Francisco.  R3 looked at several spaces with the architect and owners to help budget before they signed a lease.  Ultimately, Patxi’s decided on a location that was a grey shell but could accomodate a 2nd story for offices and some additional seating.  R3 did all the custom cabinetry in-house to help get them open in time for Fleet Week.

“I hired R3 Builders to build a new location for Paxti’s Pizza – it was a raw shell, to be built from the ground up. R3 Builders helped us value-engineer the construction, coming up with unique and creative ways of accomplish the same goal using less expensive methods. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.”
“As a person who has worked on multiple building projects myself, I know a good contractor when I find one – and R3 Builders met and exceeded my standards. They were incredibly professional throughout the project, and did a great job managing the site. Rick and Barry made sure everything was satisfactory from start to finish.”
