One of the keys to making the construction phase successful is good communication. We’re committed to keeping in close contact with everyone involved in the project as it progresses. We’ll provide you with frequent updates and high-tech ways to see up-to-the minute progress as your project proceeds.

Here’s what we’ll do for you during the construction phase:

Provide you with a dedicated project manager. Your dedicated project manager will manage every aspect of your project, from launch through completion. This person will become a vocal advocate for your vision.

Provide you with a full-time on-site superintendent. Your dedicated superintendent will be on site every day to manage and coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day construction, from supplier deliveries to quality assurance.

Supply ongoing administrative support. Our office is staffed with professionals who will answer your questions and handle all paperwork and other administrative details in a timely manner.

Coordinate with your suppliers. We’ll create a list of all the suppliers involved in your project, and will coordinate order dates, delivery dates and other details necessary to keep the project moving forward.

Offer state-of-the-art technological support. Our project managers and superintendents have digital cameras and laptops to enable you to follow the progress of your construction project no matter where you are.

Offer access to the best resources in the industry. Over the years, we’ve built a network of trusted relationships with the best people in the industry, from subcontractors to vendors. If you should ever need additional resources in the course of the project, we can call on them.
