The pre-construction phase is critical. Sites are evaluated for compatibility, designs are refined, and crucial decisions are made that will affect the outcome of the project. We like to be involved as early as possible, so that we can provide the most value and get your project started right.

Here’s how we can assist you in the pre-construction phase:

Perform a comprehensive site analysis. Before you sign a lease, we’ll visit your proposed site and advise you on any challenges we find. We’ll communicate with all parties involved – including owners, leasing agent, tenant coordinator and landlord – and provide an in-depth view of how the site will impact your vision.

Create a preliminary project budget. We’ll prepare a project budget based on your preliminary drawings to allow you to secure funding and create a schedule.

Offer recommendations for trusted vendors. Over the course of 30 years, we’ve built relationships with architects, engineers and subcontractors whose work we respect and admire. We’d be happy to introduce you.

Synchronize key project members. During the design development stage, we’ll coordinate with the owner, architects and engineers to ensure that your vision, goals and budget constraints are clearly defined and supported by all parties involved.

Prepare a competitive estimate. We’ll create a bid to meet your budgetary requirements, and will provide you with options for incorporating green and sustainable choices into your building plan.
